我的订单从2017.2.13就没更新快递信息，问ems他说没到国内，查询不了，发邮件给官方邮箱，得到回复是说找韩国ems了解，但是已经两天过去了没任何回复，再发邮件也没回复。
请问各位，有没有遇到这样的问题？
